Welcome to this October’s Newsletter. It’s hard to believe that the first Mid Term is almost upon us. Hopefully all the boys are well settled back into the school routine and looking forward to the Halloween festivities. Please take the time to note any dates or information that may be of importance. Thank you.
The Parents’ Association will hold their Annual General Meeting on Monday 23rd October at 7.30pm in the Staff Room. Please note change of venue. We look forward to seeing you then. It is a great opportunity to meet other parents and to find out about events organised by the Parents Association. Please do not hesitate to get involved, there isn’t a closing date! Any amount of time that you can give is greatly appreciated. There is a great sense of achievement and fun in getting involved in your son’s school. We would like to say a big “THANK YOU” to everyone who bought a raffle ticket, a uniform, purchased a Christmas card will or came along to a coffee morning. All support is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!
Second Hand Uniform Shop
We urgently need donations of second hand uniform items particularly tracksuits. These may be left at the school reception. We hope to hold a Second-Hand Uniform Shop on Friday 27th October in the GIRLS SCHOOL, if stocks are sufficient.
The boys have been very busy drawing, designing and colouring fabulous cards for Christmas. This year’s Christmas cards will be available to purchase in a pack of 10 cards for €10 in the coming weeks. Every boy can keep his sample card and there is no obligation to buy.
